What we sell
A paid placement of your advertiser-supplied image on the E-ink display in our living room at Seymour St. The screen is visible to people we host in the home.
Placement periods available for sale include:
- One hosted event
- One week
- One month
- Another custom period we agree on in writing
Availability is not guaranteed for any specific date or duration. Creative, selected period, price, and start date are agreed in writing before payment. Pricing is provided by inquiry.
How it works
After you inquire and we agree on written terms, you set up your placement at the house:
- Come to the Seymour St. home.
- Access the local WiFi.
- Go to http://seymourpi.local/ads.
- Follow the instructions there.
Content guidelines
Seymour St. may reject ads that are illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable before any agreement is made. We decide suitability at our discretion.

Refund, cancellation, and dispute policy
Approved purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Once a placement is approved and paid, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

Seymour St. does not sell physical goods, run promotions with separate terms, or offer export-controlled items. A product return policy does not apply.
